Summary:
Determines annual unit and gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand. Completes sales operations requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Responsible for all aspects of reporting staff; determining work force planning, training, performance management. Job Duties/Responsibilities o Responsible for achieving order intake targets for the region. o Manage/coordinate proposal preparation and strategy in accordance with corporate and local procedures. o Manage and direct day-to-day activities of the regional sales team. o As needed, assist in the business development activities. o Responsible for the generation of detailed sales plans and regular reporting of market developments. o Provide customer feedback for assistance in developing the FET Subsea product strategy. o Responsible for the Sales department budget. Job Requirements Skills/Knowledge o Knowledge of multiple product or service lines. o Significant sales experience. o Demonstrated business acumen and ability to deliver sales growth. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Experience o 12
years of experience in oilfield services operations and sales.
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
