Qualifications:
Prior sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Maintain a positive, empathetic, courteous, and friendly attitude when interacting with customers in a constantly changing environment Identify customer's needs and cultivate effective customer relationships Interact with customers in person and via telephone, social media, and/or email to assist with a variety of customer inquiries and issues Anticipate customer concerns and offer practical solutions Resolve customer product and service issues Ability handle customer complaints in a positive manner Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service representative team Self-motivated and competitive Eagerness to learn and grow Take orders and process returns Analytical, research and problem-solving skills Multitasking and organizational skills Attentiveness and patience Time-management skills Technological adaptability to the septic marketplace Aptitude and willingness to familiarize yourself with product offerings Actively seek out new customers via outbound sales calls Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion Set up meetings with potential customers through cold calling, networking and social media Perform any additional task as requested with a positive attitude Minimum a High School degree Job Type:
